Our vehicle was in an accident. We needed some repairs done, but didn?ˆ™t know where to go. We passed James Chago?ˆ™s on the way home and we stopped to get information on the business. They have really helped us out! We didn?ˆ™t add a loaner to our auto insurance policy. That really put us in a crunch because that was our only means of transportation at the time. They were able to put us in a loaner car until all the repai... view morers were done. The only paperwork I had to file was the claim on the Insurance; they took care of all the rest. They have treated us like family, and I am so grateful for that. They made me feel like an important customer?ˆ¦..I have forgotten what that feels like these days. They strive to make the customer satisfied. I know now a great place to take my vehicles when they are in need of body work. This little family owned and operated shop speaks very highly of it?ˆ™s self by the good work that they do. I have got my car back and I have absolutely no complaints at all. It is a far and honest business, unfortunately there are very few of these left. I will recommend this shop to anyone who wants to feel like a customer again and not just a number. They are happy to help you with anything you need. Oh, and what a great idea they also have an in house auto mechanic so I didn?ˆ™t have to take my car anywhere else! It was a one stop fix it all.
