customer service

i went to casa nissan to ask about trading my 2008 grey altima coupe to a white colored one and just when i drove up, ALL the salespeople just looked at me and said nothing. NADA. i guess they saw my car and figured i wasn`t in to buy another car. who knows, i was thinking about purchasing another car for my parents because i am extremely satisfied with my new nissan. but it sucks when you drive up with an old ca... view morer and everyone jumps on you for customer service and once you have a new car.....well, everyone just ignores you. i guess i will have to return to where i brought my car...viva nissan. sorry guys.
