DO NOT----DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE--- You will inevitably wind up taking your vehicle to another place THAT WILL ACTUALLY FIX YOUR BRAKES. They are incompetent, disrespectful and virtually have no clue as to what they are doing. They take advantage of women and are terribly rude. WORST experience. BEYOND TERRIBLE. After 2 visits, they still did not repair my brakes. And then they want to look at me as if I am in the w... view morerong. This place is a joke. Go if you want to waste time, money and lots of tylenol. Manager and employees are all a-typical ""men"" in their industry. Can we scratch our heads some more?
They may have more success at juggling parts rather than actually putting them to use. CANNOT trust them with your vehicle. They have no idea what they are doing. Not one coherent idea. Just take your vehicle to someone who will actually fix it... and not give you a hard time.

Please Stay away for the rude manager

For someone working in services business, Greg is the worse.
This manager at Just Brakes on I-45 just snapped at me and basically told me to go away because I asked one question.

He said I already cut him off twice when the only conversation we had so far was my personal information to fill out the form!!!

It doesn`t even matter if I had cut him off, which was not true, I am the customer and he shoul... view mored be respectful or find a job maybe with computers so that he doesn`t have to deal with people.

Then I went to the one on Louetta, they were so nice.
They looked at my brakes and told me that I could go 6 more months without changing them, I appreciated their honesty.
Stay away form Greg on I-45!!
