I`m reviewing Dub Squared solely on the personal experience my son had working for them. My son is 16 years old. The owner of this company hired him to do some cleaning around the shop as well as to help in day-to-day activities. The owner offered my son base weekly pay, without a paycheck, tax free (Illegal under Federal Law). My son was not informed of the form 1099. Soon after, the owner reduced his pay to below ... view moreminimum wage (Illegal under Federal law). This under the pretension that he was going to learn, and work for a lower wage. For his last paycheck, the owner told him that he couldn`t pay him any more. After running the numbers, my son was offered $1.70 per hour after he told the owner how many hours he worked that week. The owner gave him $2.30 hourly. Under US Department of Labor section HO-2, I`m within my rights to report this company, as well as under the federal minimum wage standard. I want to bring attention the practices of Dub Squared in hopes that other teenagers wont have to experience this. These acts are illegal as well as immoral.
