I had a good experience

The day prior I went to an NTB location around the 8000 blk of Research and wasted an hour of my life. The next day I went to this NTB and wanted a front end allignment but didnt have all day. They had me out in 40 minutes. I have no complaints

Horrible

I went to the NTB to get my brakes fixed. The price was a little high, but I thought it would be worth it. A week goes by and my brakes are making this horrible noise. I take my truck back to the shop, and they proceed to tell me I dont know what I am talking about. Argue with them for a bit, and they finally look at the brakes. Well, they forgot to put on my left front brakes. My brakes have never been the same sin... view morece, and they never stopped sqeaking. I will NEVER take my truck there, and I recommend to anyone not to go there also, if you dont want to get screwed over.
