Absolutely superior service! Was driving from Louisiana to new station in California when transmission went out in Abilene. Thank goodness Big Country was open on a Saturday. The awesome technicians who work there explained what problem was and what needed to be done, stayed past closing to finish job in one day so I could get back on road, and charged reasonable price...excellent service all around.
