Needed new windshield wipers so popped in at Jiffy Lube on way home. First - had a service tech come over to me at my car immediately to see what service I needed and then direct me inside where another service tech opened the door for me. The cashier/receptionist was very friendly and nice. They had new blades on my car in 5 minutes - never even sat down. Everyone very nice and very professional and have alot of... view more enthusiasm for their business (had previous seen them with a sign on the street when they had open bays; the day I was there was full). They will get repeat business from me. Oh - and the new wipers are great.
