I had issues with my secondary...

I had issues with my secondary car, Nissan sentra, and they did a superb job fixing the issue. Being that this was not my primary vehicle I was not in a hurry to fix it, but wanted the work done. Integrity allowed me to request the work to be done and pay on it as I could while they kept my vehicle secured. They were honest about my car situation and did not request more than needed to get repaired. They diagnosed ap... view morepropriately, quoted me the price, and their work comes with a warranty. They are a nice group of mechanics who work with honesty. That is something you don`t find nowadays in that field. I don`t live in that area but would not mind the drive to drop off any of my vehicles needing repair. I would recommend Integrity to anyone needing car care seeking genuine mechanics with fair pricing.

False Advertising

There is a sign on the Westheimer that says $19.95 Oil Chage WOW Ok so I go inside and the actual drive out price is $31.95. The $19.95 is for the oil change only, not for the oil filter, disposal fee etc. I think that is VERY Deceptive Advertising!
