Bought my Outlander in Dec 08, and the calm, attentive salesperson had a lot to do with it. A very good sales experience. Took it in for 7500 mi service in July, and the service dept did nothing to make me want to return in the future. Several of my concerns were waived aside, charged for little pieces/parts that, if I had been the manager, would have been no charge.
