Not sure what`s changed over the years but Donnie (the owner) is lucky my wife didn`t press assault charges for his behavior. She took her car in to repair damage from a hit and run, didn`t know we`d have the same experience from the repair shop! This is a long story but the highlights are first his inability to evidently understand the insurance process by complaining if he`d get paid and goes into having to rewo... view morerk the car after the first time it was "ready". The second time was not any better as the bumper is still not flush nor lining up as it should. Well this must have hurt his feelings because every excuse came out and he refused to do anything else with it saying the car had prior damage, well if it did they did a better job repairing it than he did. In the end the car will have to go to another shop to fix it properly. I`ve already filed a complaint with my insurance company to pull him from their list of approved shops and I recommend you do the same.

Just Incredible!

I received a referral from two separate people who didn`t even know eachother. When my husband and I went to talk to Donnie, the owner, he assured us that he will make our car like brand new and deals with auto insurance agents all the time. He has been in this business for many years and he, himself, works on the cars to assure quality craftsmenship. He treated our ""baby"" like his own vehicle and truely did a remarkable job on fixing her. The dealings with the insurance agent were flawless and Donnie`s work is the best I`ve ever seen! If we ever need work done on a vehicle in the future, Pogue`s Body Shop will get our business. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and Donnie`s work. He really gave us a fair shake considering the circumstances of us having to have our truck repaired.
