Terrible communication and bad...

Terrible communication and bad customer service. Was told early in the week I had an appointment for a certain day. Left my vehicle with them and then they couldn`t get to it that day even though there was only one vehicle there in the morning when I dropped it off. Owner is rude and uncooperative. Wasted valuable time and this was the only day it hadn`t rained in over a week and I really needed my window fixed.
