Poor Customer Service

We got tires at the Pawleys location. Read review there. We called the Surfside location to talk with the general manager, Frankie. He never called and had the same sales person call back and argue with my husband about what was said. I recommend avoiding all of the Mason locations, if this is how they handle business. I don`t normally complain about poor service, but this went over the top!
