I took my car in for front brakes last year. While I was there, I asked them to check the AC as well. They claimed I needed back brakes as well and would cut me a deal. I spent about $300 for front, back brakes and the AC check. (Back brakes were NOT even squeaking) Now, not even a year later the back brakes make a weird noise when backing up. I called the store and they said it was under warranty and to bring it in ... view morewhich I did. They claimed it was only "brake dust" and they blew it out. Brakes are still making the same noise before the dust was blown out. Sounds like they do not want to honor the work done and each time I go in and it will be more of the same song and dance. Just because the store is a franchise it doesn`t mean the quality of the work would meet your standards. Ask friends for their advice on places they`ve gone. And stay away from FIRESTONE!!! They will rip you a new one!!
