My experience was not initiall...

My experience was not initially the best. Things were frustrating. I was very confused and spent a great deal of time at the dealership, but the Sales Manager, Robert Duncan, ended up following through with what I asked. Overall, Midlands stood by their word. Maureen and Brad were very patient and helpful and I drove away in an awesome vehicle.

BEWARE. not recommended

Awful Exp. I went there to change my timing belt and change my brake lights. Everything was working when I left my car. but when I pick it back up. Cruisecontrol was not working. I had to travel atlanta and I really hated it. I went back to them and told them that my cruise control stopped working. They checked and told me that there was something missing and cruise control cannot work. I told them that I have been u... view moreseing this cruisecontrol for last several years and how can it stop working. Bryant Service manager calls me and tells me that there must hv been some miracle. that it was working, and they put that on the records they gave me. whn i checked the records. there was nothing written there. I WONT GO THERE EVER and I WONT RECOMMED ANYBODY TO GO THERE> THEY WONT TAKE RESP IF THEY MESS YOUR CAR..

I felt really comfortable
