I bought a 2012 fusion its been in the shop 5 times in 5 months, steve Saturday in service is a nice guy but sales will sell you a car and that is all they will do for you ,and will offer you 15000 for a car you paid almost 22000 5 months before.on a trade inn.good thing it was a certified ford lol.and ive always been a person man but that has changed.
