went in to Tire Kingdom one evening and was quoted a price for a service; but they were unable to complete at the time; so was told to come back in the morning. Came back in the morning, of course, different people were working, and was quoted an entirely different and higher price for the same services. Wanted two new rear tires that were already mounted on car installed on two brand new in the box and felt packagin... view moreg with plastic protection strips wheels. Was told that they hand torque all lug nuts. 1)wheel lug nuts were overtorqued...factory specs are 85 ft.lb. and they had over 150 ft.lb. 2)new spotless wheels had greasy handprints all over. 3)one of the new wheels had a chip in the finish near the center cap. Why would I go back there? Just goes to prove they`re not interested in your business; just pulling the fleece over those that don`t know better. Poor quality workmanship. Too bad they won`t get my business again for the many other vehicles I own. The tires were also bought at a different Tire Kingdom.

brake service

Excellent service at a fair price. I had brought my SUV to the dealer for brakes service and they could never get it right. Was in Charleston on business and stopped in. Completely fixed my problems !
