I was just looking up the phon...

I was just looking up the phone number and saw that Zips only had one review and it was a negative. I had to pipe in. I don`t trust mechanics. For just reasons, I always feel like I am being taken to the cleaners. While I don`t "enjoy" taking my car to Zips (I mean, when is it pleasurable to take your car in for service?), I do trust the man. Craig has always done an exceptional job taken care of our... view more vehicles - he quotes a job and communicates up front his level of confidence in completing the job and solving the problem along with the price - even if it means sending us to the competition to take care of a job he does not have the equipment to properly complete a job. This speaks volumes, in my opinion. That`s it. Take it for what it`s worth.

STAY AWAY

EXTREMELY DISHONEST. Charged for parts and labor that were never performed. Refused to make good on the problem when brought to their attention.
