Get everything in writing, they quoted freight of a vehicle in covered transport and then shipped it standard. I had sent wire transfer and they refuse to repay the difference. The difference was $400 - they don`t seem shady on the surface but my experience is that they have a dishonest tendency. They do not honor their verbal agreements.
