Tony is wonderful. My car broke down on the side of the road late one night and Mulls Towing told me to take it to Stateline Auto on Cleveland Ave. That`s where I took it and Mr. Tony looked at my car and told me what was wrong with it. He told me he could order the part that it would probably take a couple of days to get the part and get the car fixed. Mr. Tony also told me to call around and see if I could get a ch... view moreeaper part somewhere else if I wanted to so I did. I contacted the dealership and found out that this particular problem was covered under a warranty. I called Mr. Tony back and told him what they said and that I would get it towed to the dealership. He said that was fine. I asked him what he was gonna charge me for all the trouble and he told me not to worry about it. He did not charge me a PENNY for looking at it. That is what I call fantastic customer service. He is honest, reliable, and kind. It is refreshing to have someone treat you like a human being instead of a $ sign. Thank you Mr. Tony and Mulls Towing for taking care of me in my time of need. Y`all are awesome!!!!
