I am not sure what happened with the last individual who posted, but I find this very hard to believe. I`ve been coming to Charlestowne`s Import Automotive for several years now and they have always been very professional and polite. Chris has never failed to diagnose what is wrong with my car and their rates are fair. DISASTER!

After mis diagnosing the problem with my JAG, owner Chris left my car with the window open outside for two weeks & a dead battery.

When I called to get a straight answer about fixing the car he said ""you are taking time away from me working on it"" and was very abrupt.

After three weeks of lies (they do not even pick up the phone most of the time) I took it to the Real CIA (Charleston Import Automotive... view more, N. Chas) and Daryll fixed the car in one day.

Problem: water in the gas tank (the XJ has an auto shut off when there is too much condensation in the fuel line) Any real Jag mechanic knows this!
