Horrible Customer Service

My husband and I brought a car from them that needed some addition cosmetic work done to it. They agreed to have the work done. We left our vehicle with them on two or three separate occassions for more than a week at a time. They did not call to give updates on the vehicle and when we called them, they stated they were just going to call us or they would call us right back with an update. The follow-up calls the... view morey promised never came, which caused us to call multiply times and still no real answer. It took forever to receive our permanent license plate, so they extended our temporary tag without the proper paper work. If you are looking for great customer service, or even just okay service, this is not the company for you.
