Completely UNSATISFIED

I took my car to Greggs initially needing a tune up and a cylinder replaced........almsot 1,000 dollars and three weeks later I went to crank my car to leave for work this morning and it would not start. Gregg had the car towed back to his lot and then called to inform me that my timing belt had broken and because I tried to start the car with the timing belt broken (like im supposed to know this) it could have cause... view mored engine damage. ANY respectable mechanic would have notified me that I needed a new timing belt when he did the tune-up and cylinder replacement. The timing belt was clearly visible to him when he went into the engine to replace a cylinder!!! Instead Gregg wanted to make extra money off of a single mom who works two jobs. Because of this, he ruined a perfectly good car and on top of that treated me like I was stupid and started reading to me from a manual over the phone. Just wanting to warn anyone out there who might think of taking their car to Greggs imports for repairs.

No honesty

He did not perform the quality service he quarenteed us. He took advantage of us financially. I would not recommend him to work on something from a junk yard.
