Good Prices, Ok Customer Service

I have been here in 3 different occasions and purchased a set rims and tires..and to remote starts for 2 different vehicles. I have had problems with 1 of the remote starts on 2 different occasions and had to have it replaced which took time out of my busy schedule. after 3 months of owning the rims and tires there was a problem with 1 of the rims. The rims were brand new out the box and put on my vehicle. after be... view moreing on the vehicle for less than 1500 miles 1 of my rims started to peel the chrome off the back of 1 of my brand new rims! when brought back and told to the customer service, they replied it there was nothing they can do about it they could not replace it. so overall I gave it 3 stars mainly for the prices and the actual first time customer service, but with the overall I give the customer service a 1 star because they would not replace the messed up rim with a new 1 and it was still brand new!!!
