I love local shops compared to...

I love local shops compared to big places like Goodyear. I took my car to Goodyear for an AC problem. They quoted me someting over $600. So a friend of mine referred me to Bob at BJ Motors. He checked the car out for free - and found two other problems that Goodyear didn`t even find!!!!! Plus his price ended up being much cheaper than what Goodyear quoted me - for all three issues! Bob was not only professional ...

Bob was not only professional but quick at getting my car fixed! He has always answered his phone on the first try and called me if any little change came up. He even called me back to say the price decreased from the original estimate! Who does that? Not any of these big chain shops I will guarantee you that. He warranties his work and is a pleasant person that still believes in customer service. He has over 45 year... view mores experience in the industry and believe me, you can tell!
