I had a puncture in my sidewall on the way to Charleston from Spartanburg. I stopped in at 7:30am on a Monday and had no wait. The associates were friendly and "Ruy" helped me find a replacement tire. He showed me my options and did not pressure me to purchase a more expensive tire or anything else I didn`t need.
