GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

I`VE BEEN DEALING WITH NOVAK AUTO PARTS FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND HAVE FOUND THUR THE YEARS NOVAKS AUTO TO BE VERY FAIR AND HONEST WHEN DOING BUSINESS. AT TIMES THEY HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARDS AND HAVE GONE BEYOND TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER. LARGE SUPPLY OF LATE MODEL PARTS.

Welcome to Over priced Parts

Ok so I had a bad experience bought a overpriced part to begin with assumed it would have come with the part to install it not the case...their attitude was we cant help you, so I wanted to return it... oh there is a 20% restocking fee bull...OK can I order the piece I need ...we dont have it. basicly I think they suck and will never do business with them again witch I`m not too broken up about because their stuff is... view more overpriced anyway.. good luck!
