Andy Smith is the most customer oriented business operator I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My pride and joy BMW X-5 was crunched severely in the back end after hitting a tree. Smith`s Autobody did a superb job on repairing the vehicle and Andy continued to follow up with the delay on parts and supplements for additional repairs. Andy made sure I always had a rental vehicle for the days he would have my vehicle and I could not be happier with the service and work! With $10K worth of damage, it was not a small job! JW Smith`s Auto Body has to be the best auto body shop around. They treat their customers with respect and go out of their way to make sure you aren`t inconvenienced while getting the repairs done. My car looks great and I couldn`t be more satisfied with the customer service I received from Andy. If you need body work done you`d almost be a fool not to take your car there.

They made it so easy!

This was my first accident, and they really walked me through the whole process. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and worked around my schedule. They even set up the car rental and took care of the insurance. When I had an issue with one of the new headlights that was put in, they told me to bring my car back and then fixed it up - no questions asked.
