Poor Customer Service

I called with questions for an estimate. The owner has poor service skills and I would not recommmend. I felt like he did not want my business and like I was being talked down to. Hey Tim, there is a reason we come to you, you are the expert. I am the customer, not you. Dont make me feel that way.
