Terrible business! Never can ...

Terrible business! Never can get in touch with anyone hardly anyone answers the phone. takes forever to get your car back, often a few weeks no matter whats wrong with it. the previously agreed price is never the final price. Final price is always hundreds higher than what is expected. They do a half-assed job. Drove down today to pick my car up finished or not because i don`t want them working on it anymore. took a... view more week for a simple inspection. I lost time and work because of it. I would never recommend this so called "auto shop."

Forgetful Customer????

Only a fool would give Auto Specialties a bad review, people always looking to get something for free. I think this is the best shop in the north east. They do exactly what I request and even go the extra mile on simple repairs at no charge. NO BAIT AND SWITCH AT AUTO SPECIALTIES! Take the time to recall the extra things that was requested like your heater repair, when you you ask for extra naturally you pay the ext... view morera amount that makes sense. Oh and next time tell your van not to brake down in the middle of one of the largest snow storm of the season that may help with a quicker service! sorry to bust your bubble but you didnt tell the whole truth LADY

BAIT AND SWITCH AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

BEWARE!!! Do not use this business unless you like doing without your car for weeks on end. The customer service with is horrendous here. He just makes excuse after excuse about why he is running behind....if you are lucky enough to get him on the phone. Also, we agreed on one price in the initial estimate, and then mysteriously the bill was several hundred dollars higher. I wouldn`t recommend this mechanic to ... view moremy worst enemy.
