Great mechanic and pre-owned inventory

This dealership is a tough nut to crack. I`ve never owned a smart car, so I can`t attest to their new car business. But they have a decent pre-owned inventory, which is why I`ve stopped by on a couple of occasions to check out some pretty high-end used cars. It seems that they have a great sales staff: knowledgeable, friendly, willing to work with customers. But... their cars are dirty when I test drive them! Si... view morence that`s the easiest ""fix"" to do, it makes me wonder what else is being neglected (i.e. under the hood). I`ve heard great things about their service department, so perhaps it`s a matter of the managers tightening the purse strings to the detriment of the dealership?
