Gail knew what the problem was very quickly and scheduled me an appointment the very next morning to get it fixed. This saved me with the family so we can use the RV for the weekend. Super!

While travelling through Eugene on a roadtrip, the fuse to my brake lights kept blowing. A local auto parts store directed us to Shelby`s. They spent about two or three hours hunting down the problem, continuing even after they closed on a friday afternoon. They were friendly, had a great attitude, and kept me apprised of the progress.
