Very bad customer service! Rude people!! They don`t call you to let you know when the parts you ordered are in! Heck they can`t even tell you when you will get your parts they told me 3 days and I didn`t get them til 8 days later!!! WTH!!!!!

I have a plain jane 1995 ford ...

I have a plain jane 1995 ford Taurus GL. I have tried over 20 times to get parts at this location but have come up empty EVERY TIME! It`s always, Hve to order it, have to special order it, at the central warehouse, or cannot get it. I ask this. . how can this place stay in business? I am not impressed with it at all. Have had better luck pulling my own teeth.
