They took advantage of a disabled, widowed, mother of three on a fixed income. They charged her one thousand dollars to replace PART of a bumper. The ENTIRE bumper brand new from the factory costs five hundred dollars and takes one hour to replace (this information coming directly from a dealership). They then told her that if she wants the other portion of the bumper (the angled elbow that wraps around the corner of... view more the vehicle and is included in the aforementioned factory replacement bumper) it would cost an additional one thousand dollars. So for a five hundred dollar factory replacement and a one hour install they are trying to charge TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!
