Way over budget with absolutely scary corners cut,if you hear a good review it was written by the owner or his son.cost me more to fix their mistakes after "job" was finished.stay far away if you have any sense.

EXCELLENT!

i have been ripped off so many times by other companies and when i took my car to Carters i paid about the normal rate but i got a lot more than what i paid for. they are fast and rebuild engines brand new. btw if you have a 240sx this is the best place to get them fixed. i always see 240s outside the shop when i drive by. they made my dreams of a drift car come alive.
