I have a 1998 Saturn that needed a new shifter and linkage. All of the dealers in the area said they couldn`t do the job because the parts were discontinued.

Doing business is easy when the parts are freely available and everything goes right. In this case, the parts were hard to find and the shipper lost some of the parts in transit. The guys at Gary`s Transmission found the parts, and got the job done. M... view moreost importantly, they kept me posted on the status and owned the shipping issues even though they have no real control over them. When the missing parts finally showed up, late on a friday, they stayed late to get the job done. On top of it all, they sent me a than you note for bringing my business to them, addressed by hand.
