The furnace in one of my rentals quit. I called Service Experts. They said it was useless. The furnace needed a new control board. It would cost $895.00. .In fact I really should replace the furnace at $3000.00 and I should do it today, RIGHT AWAY. I was stunned and a little taken aback because of the quick up sale.
