Flat Repair

I took my vehicle to Firestone to have a slow leak in my tire repaired. They repaired the tire with a plug and gave a warranty on the repair of 30 days. A few weeks later I noticed the very same tire had begun leaking again, at which point I took the vehicle back to the same shop to see what went wrong. Within 15 minutes the store manager came into the waiting area to see me,apologized for an error made during the in... view moreitial repair, and gave me a receipt with a 0 balance for the inconvenience. I am more familiar with auto repair shops that would have denied liability and tried to charge me for something that isn`t my fault but theirs. Overall, even though the repair was small, this was one of the best experiences i`ve had with an auto repair shop that i can recall. I would recommend this particular location of Firestone to family and friends.
