Overpriced and poor quality

This is a very expensive car wash with less than mediocre quality. The management is very poor. The car wash is not open during posted business hours, even when those days are bright, sunny, and beautiful. On Sunday, January 30, 2011, I called the car wash to make sure they were open before visiting. I was told they were open. When I arrived, they had closed. This means they closed more than two hours early. I... view more called the car wash immediately and was told they made a decision to close early. The person I spoke with (Mike, I think) said that it was probably a bad decision, but they were closed. I explained that I had a pre-paid car wash that was going to expire and asked for an extension of the expiration date because the car wash was closed. He refused. I will now drive past Regency and go 8 miles out of my way to Sax. They will never earn my business again. The quality is among the worst car washes I have used, and the price is ridiculously high.

Worse car wash ever!

Went 2/20/10 and got very poor quality wash for $25. You`re better to spend $4 and go to Speedway next door. Pointed out to owner that there was still salt on the hood and back of the car and that the detailer had sprayed armoral on rear window and rearview camera lens. His reply was "so what." Requested that they wash the car again and wash it properly and owner said no. I explained to owner that I was ver... view morey unhappy with the quality of the wash job and he told me he didn`t care. Requested refund and he said they don`t give refunds. Furthermore, Upon inspection their machines scratched the bumper and the owner said that we should have bought a different vehicle that would fit in the car wash better. Do not waste your money going to this car wash!!
