Horrible Customer Service

I contacted this company for a quote on a commercial building, and they cancelled my appointment because "something else came up". At the rescheduled appointment the manager acted like he was doing me a favor to build on our project, which was a $5,000 project! He didn`t measure anything, so I am not sure how he could have given me an accurate quote. After receiving the quote, I emailed the manager with a few questio... view morens. The manager never responded to my emails. I ended up hiring J & J Glass in Medina. John there was more then happy to take my business!
