When I brought my car in thinking I had a major problem they checked it out and were able to fix it quickly and inexpensively. Later when the water pump went out, and I continued to drive it much longer than I should have, they made sure to find and fix all the extra damage that was caused. Every time I go there, whether for a major or minor repair (or just an oil change), I am always greeted with a smile and a ha... view moreppy attitude by all the employees. These folks are shockingly honest about what is going on with my car and what it will take to repair it. No "candy-coating" their findings and no bad surprises when it`s time to pay the bill. To sum it all up: I trust them with my car, knowing that they will find and fix any problems for the lowest price possible. And the repair will be done right, no bailing wire and duct tape fixes at Braaten`s.

Great experience

Nice people. I was told by the dealer that my check engine light was on because I had a bad convertor. I went to Braatens for an alignment, and told them to go ahead and change the convertor too. they checked the check engine light first and found out it was just broken wires to a sensor. $60 instead of $300.
