Our transmission failed us on our 2005 Mercury Sable on our way home from Florida so we called AAA to tow us off I-95 and the AAA towing service recomened Master Tech Transmission and we are so thankful that they did. The owner of Master Tech Transmission was so busy when we arrived we figured it would be a long wait for him to be able to get to our car! We spoke with him and told him we hadare no transmission e... view morengagement in drive and our predicament and he was so helpful and understanding that he lowered the vehicle he was working on off his lift and pushed it out so he could access our trans. Problem to get us back on the road home. He removed our transmission pan for inspection as we talked and watched and it was full of metal! He explains to us that the whole lower frame of the car had to be removed so he could remove the transmission assembly and disassemble it to see what parts failed. We figured that we would be in a hotel for a few days. He worked on our car until he had it out and disassembled. It wasto 1:30 in the morning! He goes home getsfrom a littlelong sleep and thenthe at 6:30 am! He drives to Raleigh an hour or so away and gets the replacement parts we needed to reassemble our transmission. The guy is awesome, he had us back on the road at 4:30 pm! "Highly Recomened!" So thankful!

Do NOT take anything to this r...

Do NOT take anything to this rip off joint. Overcharge for work they apparently do not do in the first place. Then try to charge huge fees to fix what they didn`t fix in the first place. Go anywhere ELSE, just not this place. beware I-95 travelers, you`d be better off at a dealership, you`d at least get a warranty. Cause this guy only wants your money and has no conscious about defrauding customers.

Went to master tech to have my car repaired , got excellent service and will be back .. No one else in town gave as good a deal as Dewayne !!! Thanks

will not stand behind his work

dewane will rip you off, charges to much and will not stand behind his work. charge me 1200 dollars to rebluid a transmission and it lasted 500 miles and he would not fix it beware he will rip you off
