There is a lack of professionalism and customer care. We had a truck there for over a week without a single call from them to tell us what was wrong with the truck or how long it would take to fix or even how much it would cost. When we called to find out about our truck, we were called a nuisance and distracting the mechanics from doing their job. We will never use them again.
