Upset Customer, had lot`s of work done, but paid cash. They would not warantee any work or parts. Jimmy general manager said, paid cash, no records, tough luck.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

My car was repaired by said company 1 year ago. The part that was fixed is broken again. When I brought my car back to the service center, they held my car for 2 business days before working on it. When I began calling them NUMBEROUS times I was told MANY stories by JIM & his employees. Incorrect parts were sent, then it was they werent going to have time today to fix it. Then when I finally went down to the shop... view more the employees began to panic & "fix" the problem. Since getting my car back prior to leaving the facility I noticed that My emblem had been RIPPED off partially. I now have a nail in my tire. The power steering is WORSE than before bringing it to them. I can not drive anymore than 60 mph because once you hit 60 mph the steering wheel begins to shake. The steering wheel is turned 180 degrees to the left in order to keep the tires straight. My car key had been bent to the point I almost couldn`t get it out of the steering column. The employees are RUDE. While me & my family were in the shop the owner pulls out a KNIFE & begins to wipe it on his shirt as if he were attempting to send us a message. Something needs to be done.
