i have never been more disappointed in a service department than i was at pep boys. the service person i dealt with was wonderful and did everything he could to make it ok. his name was mike s. but the actual mechanics were horrid. i had to bring my car back about 4 times. because they apparently couldnt do it right the first time. but the store part was more than helpful.the managers are genuinely concerned with wha... view moret goes on with their customers. and develop very friendly relationships.so i will still shop there but never have my car worked on there.
