What a bunch of crooks! Talk you into buying the wrong thing, refuse to deliver it because it is the wrong thing then lie about it!

Stay Away. I purchased window...

Stay Away. I purchased windows and a slider 5 years ago from Country Glass, and was given a life time warrenty. I had a problem with the seals on all the windows, I called Country Class to file a claim, they advised me that they had no paperwork, as they had purchased the store from the original owner . I had all of the original paperwork and faxed it to them, they never returned my phone call, I called twice an... view mored was hung up on !! I was able to contact the original manufracturer of the glass "American Jewel" and they did handle my claim in a professional manner. I Will Not Recommend This Business, and have contacted the neighbors I did recommend Country Glass to and told them to Stay Away !!
