Went for ny inspection but wasn`t sure if monitors were ready. Asked if they could scan to see if ready for inspection and response was absolutely. Attached scanner and within.1 min said "Monitors Not Ready" for inspection. PROBLEM: Charged me $20 for the service which was NEVER MENTIONED. Then to add Insult to Injury, charging $20 for a 1 min service ... view more is OUTRAGEOUS!!! What a RIFOFF!!! Think about it, Inspection cost $37 and scan service is MORE THAN Half of FULL INSPECTION. Will NEVER go here again for anything...................

This place was fantastic! They told me what they were doing. Did it quickly rushed me out the door and when I paid I then realized what they were talking about .....with every thing being included. They charged the cheapest price I`ve ever paid at a tire/auto repair place. All the services were included in the price they told me.....They included the mounting the balancing and the new valve stem in my price and... view more it still was cheaper than all the other places I have been to so far and $100 dollars less than the Dealer...what a rip off that place was...so Happy I found this place. The manager guy louie was funny too. its a nutty place to go cause it was so busy But It had that Charm you can only find in Brooklyn! and they gave me a free brake check!
