In july of 09, we saw a blue Altima we were told in order to hold the car for 2 weeks we would have to make a SIGNFICANT deposit. This was by the sales rep. rich k. we made it,there is no sign in the showroom to say "cash deposit non-refundable" and we asked if we changed our mind would we get our money. Now today 08-14 we have changed our mind. We cannot get our refund. We decided to go ahead n get the ... view morecar, 6hr delay in getting the car and questions we were told we cannot take the car for a last test drive. Not only were the sales, general manager and the mechanic who claims to be the owner son who had no business speaking to us unless it was mechanically invloved. even when I asked for the owners name I couldn`t get acess to it. Any other dealer we called said we could,would get our refund back. This company is a disgrace.
