Does the car dealership have the right to keep ur deposit if u dont get approved for a car loan?Yes!!! They do it to you! This company is a rip-off. I went to finance a car, they request a 100dlls deposit in a "Good faith" after they turned me down, its being impossible to get my refund back. They claimed they refund my money, but they never did!
