Don`t go to Lauzon`s auto tech. I brought my car in for an inspection and brake work. They fixed some small things such as tires needing air pressure and a headlight bulb so it could pass inspection. Upon confirming that I wanted it inspected even though I had 3 months left before the inspection was due to expire, they neglected to charge me the $21 for NYS inspection, and therefore didn`t put a sticker on the ... view morewindshield. I didn`t find out that they didn`t do the inspection until about 5 months later when I was pulled over and fined $160 for not having my vehicle inspected. Upon calling Lauzon`s to see if they just forgot the sticker, they said there was no record of an inspection being done. I provided the evidence of the headlamp bulb "needing to be replaced" in order to pass inspection. They then said "oh yes, well it does appear that you had it in for an inspection, but you still should be responsible, you were driving the uninspected car" Really? I thought I was already being responsible for bringing it in to have it inspected. To me, what they did borders on criminal negligence and I will *never* EVER return to them for anything. I will also vehemently discourage people I know and don`t know from bringing their business to these people.

THESE GUYS ARE SO GREAT, THEY BROUGHT ME HOME,DELIVERED MY GROCERIES. I WAS SUCH A MESS AND THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY MADE ME FEEL SAFE. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST!
