bad customer service &amp;amp; twice charged plus the tow

I live in NC. My daughter lives in Clarence NY. The reason I am writing this is because she is beyond recourse due to her being so upset. Plus,, working full time and busy with 3 chidren and also with the holiday`s just around the corner.... So I took it upon myself. She called me about how terrible their customer service is and was charged for a tow and repair 2 days after for the same problem. 1st repair of p... view moreower steering $487.00, on Monday.- Wednesday steering went again!! Gary Swartz said they don`t quarantee !! Then, they did not tow until Thursday afternoon for a second repair. He THEN Charged 182.96 for repair AND THE TOW !! To boot she had to rent a vehicle. This all happened 2 wks before x-mas 2009. Her family lives on a limited income and work hard for every penny. Gaulin`s Doesn`t.
